If the property owner subscribes to our property management service, we will also conduct an in going and exit inspection to document the condition of the property before and after the tenancy period. We will inspect and report on the condition of the property during the tenancy period. In the case of any concerns with the property as well as tenancy termination, we will facilitate between you, the tenant, and the property owner to achieve an amicable resolutions.
With due consultation any damages caused to the premises, must be settled. No additional expense is expected if the condition of the property is acceptable given fair wear and tear.
